When you sample … like the best of us
At Hobsons Distillery we start with Australian molasses, add our special blend of yeasts, allowing them to ferment slowly to develop flavour. We then distil our premium signature rum in copper pot stills, which are matured in oak barrels and aged in the coastal temperate climate of Hobsons Bay to create rich, unique blends that are distinct to the Hobsons brand.
